Refund policy

1. RETURN AND EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must submit a request within 2 days from the date your package was delivered.

Returns or exchanges are accepted ONLY if the product has a manufacturing defect. Customers must provide a clear package opening video showing the condition of the product at the time of opening.

Returns or exchanges requested for any other reason will not be accepted.

3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

• The product must be unworn.

• The product must be unwashed.

• The original tags must be attached.

• The original packaging must be intact.

• The product must be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of use.

• A clear package opening video showing the manufacturing defect or damaged product must be provided.

• The video must be clear, continuous, unedited, and uncut. Edited, trimmed, paused, or incomplete videos will not be accepted.

• The video must clearly show the package being opened and the damaged or defective product.

• The video proof must be sent to 9600641069 for verification and claim processing.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or refund.

4. RETURN TIMEFRAME

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days from the date the package was delivered.

Requests submitted after the 1-day return period will not be accepted.

5. REFUNDS

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect the item to verify that it meets the conditions specified in this Policy.

Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product for us to initiate the refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the applicable refund method.

The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENTS

If your return or exchange request is approved, a replacement or exchange may be provided.

Replacement or exchange of a product is subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we may provide an alternative resolution, including a refund where applicable.

7. SALE AND OFFER PRODUCTS

All products purchased during sales, promotional offers, discounts, or special campaigns are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

8. SHIPPING DELAYS AND DELIVERY ISSUES

Little Bunny is not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Incorrect, incomplete, invalid, or outdated addresses provided by the customer

• Natural disasters or other natural events

• Air or ground transportation delays

• Strikes or disruptions affecting shipping and delivery services

• Government restrictions, public health emergencies, or similar events
   other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
