If You share or allow others to have access to Your account on Little Bunny, you shall be solely liable and responsible for all the activities undertaken under Your Account, and any consequences therefrom.

You may not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any message or transmittal you send to us on or through Little Bunny or any service offered on or through Little Bunny. You may not pretend that you are, or that you represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity.
7. You may not use Little Bunny or any content of Little Bunny for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of Little Bunny and / or others.
8. You shall at all times ensure full compliance with the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and as amended from time to time and also all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Shipping, Transactions and Returns
1. Shipping Charges, Duration and others
In the case of multiple products under your order, the products will be shipped in parts or together depending on the vendor and the delivery duration mentioned in the product information page.
Shipping will be charged for order below Rs 3,000 and will be free for orders above Rs 3,000.
Shipping is done through respectable logistics companies but Little Bunny will not be liable for delays due to natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic or any situation beyond our control.
2. Orders
Orders once confirmed, can not be cancelled.
3. Returns and refunds
All requests for returns/exchange shall be scrutinised in detail by Little Bunny in accordance with its policies and practices. Little Bunny shall not have any obligation to accept the return/exchange of products delivered, but it may accept requests for returns/exchange at its discretion.
In the event that your request for return of a product is approved, Little Bunny will issue a Credit Note to your Little Bunny account of the same value as the amount paid by you for the product that is returned. In the event that your request for exchange of a product is approved Little Bunny will facilitate the exchange for the product supplied to you.
In case the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing order, we will charge the customer the additional charges we had to bear to have the item(s) packaged and shipped again. The order package cannot be cancelled after attempted delivery and neither will a credit note be issued for the same.
We will try our best to stick to the colors of the clothing, toys, food and other items on our website. However, one must take note that computer displays often vary from screen to screen and what is rendered on one computer screen sometimes looks slightly different on another computer screen. As a result, what you might receive might look slightly different in terms of texture or color. This perceived difference, if any, will be because of the differences in screen color rendering.
Any return requests have to be sent to us within 48 hours of receipt of product.

Dispute Resolution
Either party may refer such dispute for final resolution by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The Tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator appointed by Little Bunny. The arbitration proceedings shall be held at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
Subject to the above, the Courts at Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Governing Law
The validity, construction and enforceability of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and other policies shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
